The measurement is from point to tip so when sizing allot yourself the length needed for tying.

Care Instructions
Keep in mind that bandanas are handmade and customized with pom poms and names. Classic bandanas are washable and if needed followed up with ironing. If the bandana has pom-poms spot clean or wash by hand gently.
